Cancellation Policy

At 4741 Auto Detailing, It's important that my time, as well as other clients' time, is considered and respected. I do ask that when you schedule my services, that you do so with an earnest intention to see the appointment through.
All of my services require a $100 deposit, typically by Zelle, of the total price of service requested to book. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment. There is a 30 minute grace window after the appointment time arrival. No communication within this 30 min window will warrant a cancellation by no call , no show.
In the event of inclement weather, the deposit will be refunded unless there is a reschedule of the appointment. There is one allowable reschedule per deposit. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
Tipping Policy
Automotive detailing and reconditioning is a luxury skilled trade, so there is no tipping scale. Tips are accepted based on merit and at the discretion of the customers decision to award a gesture of gratuity. It is not required, but appreciated!
Payment Policy
Acceptable payment methods with applicable processing fees are:
Cash, and Zelle-Free
Checks-Free (Return clients only)
Venmo- 1.9% Fee
Cash App- 2.6% Fee
Credit and Debit card- 2.9% Fee
PayPal- 3.5% Fee
Final invoiced payment is required upon satisfaction and completion of service. Keys and delivery will be presented upon confirmation of payment.

Vehicle Size Pricing Guide
As you may know, vehicles with more surface area inside and out require more cleaning and protection, which equates to a more time consumptive effort and service. Below are listed some examples as well as detailed criteria that qualifies each vehicle for it's pricing group.
XL (Entry Level vehicles)
Small 2-row SUV, All small to midsize cars, and small trucks.
Examples:
Sportage, Camry, Frontier, Rav 4, Corolla, Accord, Ranger
XXL (Midsize-flagship vehicles)
Midsize and larger 2nd and 3rd row suvs, flagship Cars, 1500 P/U trucks, Large vans, Trucks and suvs with lift Kits, and Minivans
Examples:
Trackhawk, BMW 7 series, Merc S600, Telluride, 3rd row Sorento, Wrangler, Durango, Silverado, F150, Tahoe, Explorer
​XXXL fee of $35.00
Per service appt applies for the biggest of all segments.
Examples:
Ford, GM, and Dodge Trucks 2500 and up, Suburban, Yukon XL, Navigator L , and all Dually trucks or larger.
